For preliminary consideration; an initial, first time consultation usually last for 1 1/2 hour and this includes a review and discussion of any products and supplements now used; along with our suggestions; and question/answer time concerning any documentation you may have for presentation. Complimentary sample products are also given; along with source reference materials for your further examination.

Once an appointment is made with us, a non-refundable fee for your first time office visit of $175.00 is requested; and for new or prospective clients we ask that this fee be paid in cash or cashiers check. You can also call for our Bank of America Depository Account Number to deposit you fee directly to our account. If you are unable to meet with us in person; you may surface mail, FedEx or e-mail any information/documents for our review; and we will promptly respond to you within 3-5 business days by telephone or e-mail. 

After the initial consultation is concluded; if you desire further assistance through our facility; additional fees and recommended protocol information (an outline of what Dr. Coppertino wants you to do/have supplemented/etc.) will be supplied you. As we only offer 2 Protocol structures; A 6 MONTH INTENSIVE/6 MONTH MAINTENANCE to equal one year of service or A ONE YEAR INTENSIVE/ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE to equal two years of service; our quoted fees will require that one half of the service fees to be paid at the beginning of services to be rendered; with the remaining balance to be paid within 90 days thereafter. Fees include in and out of office assistance, suggested supplements and products, live food and all suggested tests during the Protocol service structure.
